River Oaks Chiropractic has treated Fort Worth since Dr. Dale White Jr. opened its doors in 1980, and it still runs on the same idea: find out what's actually wrong, then fix it without surgery or medication.

He founded River Oaks Chiropractic in Fort Worth in 1980 and has spent more than 39 years treating the community.
Before he became a chiropractor, he was a patient. An excruciating low back disc problem that conventional treatment couldn't fix was resolved by a chiropractor, and it changed the course of his career.
He attended North Texas State University in Denton, where he played on the golf team, then earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas.
A second-generation chiropractor, Dr. White has been a chiropractic patient for most of his life and saw firsthand what the care could do.
His lifelong dream to practice alongside his father, Dr. Dale White Jr., became a reality when he joined River Oaks Chiropractic in 2014. He also practices alongside his wife, Dr. Valerie White.

Born in Toronto, Dr. White earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from McMaster University before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
Licensed in both Canada and the United States, she joined River Oaks Chiropractic in 2015, working alongside her husband, Dr. Don White, and father-in-law, Dr. Dale White Jr.
